7/5/26 We are unavailable to show the house on 7/4/26. This is a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house freshly painted with a 2 car garage and a long driveway. It has new applicances including, Refrig, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer. The rental is month to month. Its has the LVP flooring except in the bathrooms. There is a fireplace. The rear yard is fully fenced and has a small storage shed. THIS house does NOT share the lot with another unit. We only process applications of people who have seen the house in person at a showing or tour. We require picture IDs with each application, a copy of the gas and electric bill for the applicant's residence. We accept zillow credit reports and applications, but we will require one of our rental applications to be filled out (at no charge). We show this house on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday between 11 am and 1 pm. Someone will be at the house so please just stop by and take a look. You do not need to make a "touring" appointment. The house is a month to month rental. All utilites are paid by the renter except Trash.
