Take a look at this peaceful and secluded Twain Harte cottage. It is 650 square feet with a small deck, nice exposure and just enough room for one or two people. The cottage sits behind our house and is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, has a nice kitchen and a large great room. The location is great, just a short walk to town, the golf course and the lake where access is available (per visit fee). We are looking for someone that is handy and can take care of the small things as we are not up in Twain Harte as often as we would like. With this in mind, we have kept the rent well below market at $600/month. The cottage includes water. The tenant is responsible for electric, propane (separate tank) and garbage.
