This is a room for rent with a private bathroom in a beautiful, fairly new, 2,400 sq/ft home in Kissimmee. THE ENTRANCE IS NOT PRIVATE. The room is semi furnished or if you would like you can bring your own furniture. Roommate may put their own lock on the bedroom door. You will have full access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, and space in the large an spacious pantry. The home has granite counters in the bathroom and kitchen and vinyl luxury flooring throughout. Rent includes Wi-Fi, Water, electric, access to gym and community pool. The complex has a full gym and lovely pool and is located near Walmart, the Loop, and the Osceola Square Mall. You will be sharing the home with a married couple that work a lot. To move in you will need your two latest pay stubs, contacts of your last landlord, sign a month-to-month lease, and 1st month's rent and one month's security ($1,700.) We are looking for a mature, responsible, preferably professional person. No pets are permitted. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. This is a month to month lease, requiring valid picture ID, one month's security and the first month's rent ($1,700). Roommate should give 30 day notice of termination of rental agreement. Deposit is refundable to roommate upon inspection for damage and when roommate moves out. All utilities are included, and there is Wi-Fi. No pets, smoking, or overnight guests. There is no on the street parking and roommate will park in driveway. Roommate will not have access to garage. Roommate is expected to maintain the cleanliness of room and private bathroom and return room in same condition. Roommate may put their own private lock on bedroom door and replace original door knob upon termination of rental.

Roommate will be sharing home with married couple, whose master bedroom is on the far side of the house. We are business owners/professionals that work a lot. Our work schedules are during the day.
