You will be sharing the home with a married couple that work a lot. To move in you will need your two latest pay stubs, contacts of your last landlord, sign a month-to-month lease, and 1st month's rent and one month's security ($1,700.) We are looking for a mature, responsible, preferably professional person. No pets are permitted. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. This is a month to month lease, requiring valid picture ID, one month's security and the first month's rent ($1,700). Roommate should give 30 day notice of termination of rental agreement.
