Really nice neighborhood. Nice large open kitchen with island. Lots of counter space. Seller had removed a wall between 2 of the bedrooms and closed off the entrance door, but will reinstall back to a 4 bedroom before closing. Storm door on front and back, storage building, sprinkler system. 10 Yr Builder Warranty until Dec. 2010. 5 ton AC unit installed in 2003 with warranty until July 2013. Must see this one!
