Our home is on a quiet street, quiet neighbors and ZERO DRAMA!!!!. We are close enough to walk to the elementary school but far enough to avoid the weekly school hours traffic. Also close to walk or bike to Neuqua as it is less than a mile away. This is a huge benefit! All the high school activities. and SO CLOSE. We are near the prairie and love to walk through it. We are also close to major shopping and it's easy to buzz up to Costco in 4 minutes! Downtown Naperville is only 10 minutes away. The Rt. 59 shopping and train is also 10 minutes away (much better than a commute from southern neighborhoods like River Run. In rush hour, your drive home from the train will take you MUCH longer than Stillwater! The yard is HUGE and the highlight of living here. We had a monster size playset, blow up water slides, trampoline, badminton, outdoor movie night for 75+ people, huge parties and BBQs, gorgeous pond, fire pit with natural gas, and in the winter, AN ICE RINK! Inside is super bright and airy but luckily not direct sunlight in the family room. That is huge as we stay very cool in the summer. The basement is fully built out with home theatre area, kitchen with granite, oven, dishwasher, island, full bath, craft room, dance room, storage, pool table, foosball, basketball game and air hockey. The kitchen is white and open concept to family room. The island has the stove and plenty of space to cook. We love our house, location and yard!
