It’s a highly upgraded new home build house on a corner larger lot and we put an in ground heated chlorine pool in 2020 with a total of 18,000 gallons and 15 feet by 35 feet. We also installed solar across the entire roof which was completed in Jan21. We often have a negative power bill during the winter and only about $100 per month during the summer which is amazing given the size of this house and our 2 air conditioning units. We also just completed the 2 year warranty walkthrough and everything is perfect with the house. It has a 4 car tandem garage in which we've installed beautifully finished and enclosed wood floor to ceiling enclosed cabinets on both sides along the entire length of the garage that are 18 inches deep (vs. the standard 12) along with with two large white racks connected to the ceiling at the front of the garage for plenty of storage space. (My wife loves this.) Lastly we’ve just converted the upstairs loft to another bedroom in May22 with French doors and a large closet that I use as a home office so this is now a 6 bedroom house.
