No real estate agent will call you unless you ask them to, and the list is good for 6 months. To receive the list simply reply to this e-mail with the words "Yes! Ft. required Anything else that will help the search is welcome A first & last name (you can use any name you want, just as long as you recognize it) The e-mail address you want the list sent to A phone number is not required but you can include it if you wish. Within 24 hours of receiving your request instructions will be e-mailed to you for downloading the list. The list will NOT include short sales unless you specifically ask for them. This is because short sales are not fully foreclosed on properties and the prices advertised are not necessarily the price you can get the home for, but are rather prices intended to be a place to start negotiations at.
