Rural location with private deck and yard. Washer and dryer are in the mudroom/entry. 2 bedrooms on either side of the trailer, one has a full-sized bed, one has a single bed with pull-out trundle. Lots of built-in cabinets. Perfect for a couple, single or small family. Dogs (well-behaved non-aggressive breeds) are welcome with additional $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. We will rent for a minimum of 5 months, but will rent on a longer term basis as well. Furnished, includes utilities! Older place, cute and cozy inside. It's been rented through airbnb the last few years, is now being rented longer term (minimum of 5 months).
