Complete with bedding towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need to check in and relax with just a suitcase of your things. Our newly renovated home sits on a tucked-away dead-end road. Enjoy the sunny rooms, plants, colorful tiles, and wood floors. Built in 1937, this space was loved by the original owner. We revived and freshened it up just for your private stay. Enjoy the yard with a fire ring and peaceful no-car walks along the South Valley's irrigation ditches. The front living room is full of natural light and a beautiful nature-loving outside view. The bedroom has custom-crafted shutters to close for deep sleeping on the comfortable bed with the full bathroom attached. The kitchen is complete for cooking meals. The back room has a dedicated workspace, a lovely backyard view of the big trees, and a washer-dryer. The fenced-in yard is all set to enjoy nature and roam around. The South Valley is a transitioning historically rich in agriculture part of the more excellent Albuquerque city. If you take a walk everywhere, you will surely see small farming plots and farm animals. In the south valley, you will hear people speaking Spanish and enjoy culturally Mexican and New Mexican restaurants, shops, and bakeries. Three-month lease minimum. We pay all utilities. The deposit is $ 1350 and is refundable. The non-refundable cleaning fee is $175. Small dogs (under 10 pounds) will be conserded, send us a picture. They are not allowed to scratch on doors or dig in the yard. The pet damage fee is $300 (refundable). No cats. No smoking. Please tell us when something breaks, and we will promptly fix it. We care for our home, and keeping up on repairs is essential. Taking out the trash to the street weekly is a must-do.
