The twin daybed is a Tempur Pedic mattress and there is a second one under the frame. Free internet access and ample parking at the front. You will only be sharing the 2nd bathroom with me and another roommate, the kitchen or other spaces are not available for use and the laundry must be done outside. Please note I am usually traveling so the stay is a minimum of 3 months so I don't have to be switching roomates very quickly. As much as I love dogs as well, I cannot have any canines at this property since is a quiet neighborhood. The room includes a mini fridge and microwave and you can bring your own coffee maker or toaster during your stay. *Highly recommended keeping the room clean and the bathroom to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Since there are other roommates in the house, NO gatherings or parties are permitted and overnight visits must be approved by me for not more than a week, a daily small fee can apply. If you like the room once you see it in person and in order to move in, we must have two references, one month's deposit (not to be applied for rent) along with the first month's rent, a picture of your ID, and proof of employment or bank statements from two past months. This location is 5 min. from Aventura Mall, Cosco, Walmart, Target, and most importantly, the beach. Immediate move in furnished room for rent for single day working person sharing 2nd bathroom.
