The Canyon Lake House is just under 2,800 square feet and offers four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts lake views, a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and an en-suite equipped with double vanities, walk-in shower, and a large jacuzzi tub. The second guest room is also equipped with a king-sized bed and just as the other beds in the home - is equipped with plush, hotel-quality linens. The two back bedrooms share a jack-and-jill full bathroom with double vanities. One of the rooms offers a queen-sized bed and the other offers a king-sized bed. The home also includes a laundry room with a new and efficient washer and dryer. The home is maintained and stocked with the utmost attention to detail for our guests' every need. The main living space includes a large dining table that comfortably seats eight adults. The spacious floor plan continues into the family room which offers plenty of seating to kick back and relax as you enjoy the 85" Smart TV and lake views through the panoramic windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more. Our boat is stored in the garage. The garage still fits two to three cars depending on their size. At least 24 hour notice will be provided if we need to access the garage to get the boat. 4.
