Two small bedrooms and a bathroom with a 2-sink vanity are located upstairs. The backyard is fully fenced with 6-foot privacy fencing and new gate along with a small concrete patio. Ceiling fans are in all the bedrooms and living room. Washer (2-year old) and dryer (1-year old) are included in an inside laundry room. Kitchen has stainless appliances that are less than 3 years old. The unit has been deep cleaned. Fresh paint throughout the inside, including the kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms have ceramic tile. All bedrooms, stairs and other living areas have low maintenance luxury vinyl plank. Other information: new french doors in the back, 2-year old HVAC, 3-year old roof helps with utilities. Pets: Well-behaved, indoor pets are considered with additional non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one dog or cat. Per homeowners insurance, no aggressive breeds will be considered. No outdoor cats. No puppies less than 1-year old. All pets must be approved prior to finalizing the lease. NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind inside the unit. Owner is responsible for lawn maintenance and HVAC filters. The property will not entertain 3rd parties that want to lease it as a short-term rental. The property isn't setup to accept subsidies from public housing assistance programs.
