This is the upper floor of a house, shared by 4 roommates who are all either students or young professionals. I'm leaving early and looking to sublet my room - if you wish to stay longer than the summer you're welcome to speak to the landlord about the lease. Water and heat are included in the rent but electricity, gas, and WiFi are not. Those are handled by one of the other roommates, so you don't need to set anything up. Those will need to be payed to her and are split with the other roommates. Apartment is about a minute from the 60 bus, about a 10-15 min walk from the 66, 65, and D Line stops, and just a little further from that to the E line. There is a well-stocked kitchen, a porch, one bathroom, and the tenants all have access to the basement laundry. There is also a very shy cat - no dogs allowed. It's pretty close to Jamaica Pond as well. The landlord will want to check your credit and rental history. There is a nice dresser I don't plan to take, but other than that the room is unfurnished. Available June and July, but I won't be returning so you can talk to the landlord about signing a lease for 2026-2027.
