It's easy to find parking on the street, which is free (no permit required). We pay for electric and gas. Need to be able to pass a credit check. Can't find a better deal in this city--location is in the middle of everything and rent is $150 below market value. Water, sewer, garbage paid for; occupant pays electric and gas.
