Very large mostly shady quiet shared yard in rear. Separate good sized bedroom, LR, with kitchen to one side behind a long counter. Close to trails in the Wissahickon, and Mt. Airy, great produce and deli almost across street. Cafe a few blocks away. Landlord lives around corner. First showing Saturday at ten. I do not send out applications until someone has seen it and is committed, but if you tell me a bit about yourself, I will have an easier time remembering your name. I actually require first, last and security, but tenants with excellent references and credit can pay two months by move in, and last month over the next two. Renters pay electric, which includes heat.
