    We are selling due to relocating in another state. The flooring in the main rooms was just recently replaced. It has a very large carport which could be closed in to make a garage. All the kitchen cabinets were replaced. We have a saltwater above ground pool they was replaced this spring. The screened in porch is great for sitting and relaxing in the evening. It's a quiet street. We are across the road from the channel, not on the water. If not for family out of state and a better opportunity, I would never plan to sell it. The furniture can stay or go.
