It is about 5 min walk to the Terramar community Swimming Pool, Pavilion, Boat Ramp Launch, and Pier. Keep your boat in the boat slip and be out in West Galveston Bay in just a few minutes. Please note some of the furnishings or decor may have been updated since these pictures were taken. The space Kayaks and lifejackets available for your use. Swim up ladder so you can enjoy the water steps from your front door. The boat slip is available for your use, as well as tie up cleats on the outside of the dock. The boat lift is not available for your use without boat specifications, additional deposit and approval. It has a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, kitchen cabinets, appliances, an oven, and a 4-person breakfast bar. A Keurig and coffee pot provided. Dine at the dining room on the main floor or enjoy outdoor dining on the deck overlooking the canal, or the picnic table downstairs right by the water. The Master bedroom and kitchen open up to a wrap-around deck. There are Edison lights to add to the ambiance of both upper decks. The front deck has a view of the bay and a canal waterfront where the family spends time fishing or hanging out, the other deck has outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise with views of the next canal over. Direct access to this patio from the master bedroom. Ground Floor is a large bonus room with two sets of twin bunk beds, and pullout queen couch bed, a smart device enabled TV, full bathroom, 4-person dining area/table, washer, dryer, full size refrigerator, and is just steps to the canal. Multiple areas of outside seating for everyone to enjoy, be it for fishing, swimming, sunbathing, or just enjoying your day. The dock ladder is all available for easy access to water. Bedrooms: Master bedroom (main floor) has queen-size bed (sleeps 2). 2nd bedroom (main floor) has queen-size bed (sleeps 2). 3rd bedroom (main floor) has queen-size bed (sleeps 2). 4th bedroom/bonus room (ground floor) has two twin over twin bunks and a pullout sleeper sofa (sleeps 6). They need to be returned in same condition before guests depart. Please remove kayak from water and rinse off after each use. Replace to original location prior to checkout. Community Amenities: With provided keys, guests have access to the community pool, as well as the community boat launch ramp with fishing pier, and a basin and navigation channel extending to West Galveston Bay. These keys will require forfeiture of $150 of deposit if not left on key rack upon departure. Utilities not included in monthly rental. Rental available October 1-March 1. No garage access, no downstairs bar access. Other Things to Note: The ground-level bonus area is attached to the main house. There is no access to the area through the house.
