Neighborhood Description No sidewalks it goes up and then down a hill. Loads of beautiful trees. Several flag lots due to the hills. Street is not safe for little children however my house is up a 300' driveway so it is a tad safer. I wouldn't let my kids ride bicyles on this street unless they were at least 10 years old and even then i would be leary…hey that is how i feel about streets without sidewalks…i love them but it does have its downside.
