Welcome to the Huron River retreat! This apartment is in a quadplex on the beautiful Huron River! This is a riverfront property with 100' of frontage and a floating dock in a good neighborhood! Swim, fish and kayak right in the backyard! We also have a fire pit and typically have plenty of wood! This building is conveniently located just a few hundred yards from I 75 yet the backyard feels as though you're up north. There is a deck with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, and we let you use our kayaks and canoes. Move right in with just your bags! We have been Airbnbing this building, but we'd like to now try moving to a little bit longer-term. We have excellent reviews and we are very attentive owners. You have a large, fully furnished apartment with all of the utensils and amenities you should need. All linens (cotton sheets and feather pillows), and towels are provided! In order to maintain the property and provide a clean, stress-free stay for our guests, we require bi-monthly housekeeping. If your stay is only one month, one cleaning is complimentary-this includes fresh towels and linens. Longer stays must cover the cost of just one cleaning at $60 a month-one cleaning is still complimentary. You may request weekly cleanings at your own expense. This apartment is extremely well-suited for travel workers! We have AT&T Wifi, streaming cable with HBO and a 40" Roku TV with Netflix. Fully furnished, all utilities, including Wifi and streaming cable included! No smoking, no pets. If staying for six months, Last month's rent is required. Must have good references, a $30 credit check and no evictions. You must show proof of income 2.5 x the rent.
