The house is in the McLean school pyramid with elementary, middle and high school consistently ranking 9 out of 10 in most years. There is a private balcony attached for you to relax on. AVAILABLE: Approximately April 1, 2021 or later. LAYOUT: The apartment has 2 master bedrooms each with their own private full baths (all tiled), an open concept living room and dining room (engineered wood), 1 kitchen and a half bath in a 1,204 square ft. space. Utility bill is typically low due to the efficient design and good windows. There is reserved free parking on the premise for up to two cars. One master is larger than the other with a larger bathroom suite that includes a tub and shower. LOCATION: The apartment is an easy 2 minutes WALK to the West Falls Church Metro on the orange line (there is no housing nearby that is any closer to this metro) and within walking distance of a shopping center (Giants and CVS) with restaurants such as Plaka Grill, Haandi Indian, a Thai restaurant and Tasty Dumplings. It's a 5 minute drive to Trader Joe and Wholes Food. The house is ideally located for easy access to 66, 495, and all major highways. It is a short commute to Tysons Corner Mall, Eden Center, and the Mosaic District. LEASE TERM: Term of Lease will be for 1 year with a security deposit. Ideal tenants will have credit score of at least 670 and can provide proof of employment/income or student status prior to moving in.
