How close is the home to the Key West? A. The home is approximately 20 miles away from Key West. Q. How will I get the keys? A Keys will be left in an agreed upon location Q. What are the house rules for this Rental? A. This home is an owner operated business. We meticulously clean between guests to ensure a most pleasurable vacation experience. There is a leave as you found it policy . We ask guests to care for our cottage as though it were their own. Through the past years we have never had to hold back security deposits. Q. How will I get the keys? A Keys will be left in an agreed upon location. There are typically 2 online payments to Venmo or Paypal. Security Deposit is expected during booking and 1st months rent 21 days before you arrive. A key for entry will be provided after 2nd payment. Fees: Damage Deposit: above for 6 month rentals Cleaning fee: $450.00 Tax Rate: 11.5% Less if over 6 months Please add 11.5% to the total + (cleaning fee) + security deposit (refundable)
