Great home for first time buyers or investment. Home is being sold in 'AS IS' condition due to a Short Sale. Could use some TLC but is basically in good shape. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, there is a HOT Tub but it is not in working condition, there is also a small pond in the back yard that is currently dry, I do not know whether the pump is working condition or not. Landscape could use some clean up but this is a must see for anyone in this price range. Brokered And Advertised By: Intero RE Alpine Sierra LLC Listing Agent: JP Pilkinton
