One of the only private beaches on Puget Sound. 1st floor totally accessible (flat) apartment. Pool , pea patch and lawns/gardens. One car parking stall. Washer and dryer in unit, dish washer, garbage disposal. Pool, pea patch, kayaks,courts available. Strict HOA rules don't allow anything. So I am not keen on taking any risks with a marginal renter. My last tenant was there 12 years. References required. 710 plus credit score. 1st and last prepaid rent. No smokers. No dogs over 5 lbs. pet require separate lease and deposit. One cat ok with pet agreement and $50 pet month lease. In the midst of quaint downtown DesMoines with restaurants and grocery near by. Access to freeways and transportation. Please don't contact me if you do not meet the rental criteria. Move in date is flexible. I prefer Apr 1 or May 10th. I travel alot and am sometimes hard to reach. Unsolicited Yelp review: I became an owner after renting for a while. Thoroughly enjoyed living here and being asked to join the board. Lots of fun-loving neighbors to be found and a lot of community pride (community cookouts and July 4th were a blast!). Ask some of the folks who lived here for a long time (there are many) and they can tell you stories and show pictures of how the community has changed and grown over the years. What really sets WV apart is the great views right from the buildings of the Olympic mountain range and Maury/Vashon island. Oh, and the otters and sea lions near the beach. Oh, and watching sunset from the beachside swimming pool. Yeah, it's a pretty special place. Tenant pays metered electricity ( heat and lights ). Owner pays over $800 per month dues and assessments for management water, garbage ,etc. Tenant pays $25 if they want a storage locker in the complex and pay extra for kayak storage. Pool , parking and amenities included in rent. One year lease required.
