my wife and I are renting out our basement in our townhouse. the basement has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. the kitchen and waster/ dryer would be shared. we reside upstairs with our 2 year old daughter and dog. To ensure compatibility, we conduct background checks on all applicants. the lease will commence mid august. the monthly rent is 950/month and were located in Broomfield just west of the commons park. No smoking in the unit or outside. 6 or 12 month lease.
