This was a 1800's historical home that originally was a "dog trot" log cabin and 158 acres which is now Rogersville, AL. The Waddell Family has owned this home and now aprox 2 acre lot. The home was left empty for about 10 years and later Thomas Waddell remodeled the original structure around 2002. Then the home burned, and the logs were salvaged and stored in the barn. The home was rebuilt with the same exact floor plan as the original but without the logs in 2013. In 2019 Thomas Waddell passed away and his middle son, Mark Waddell owns it now. Known now as the "Waddell Home". The family has many photos of old and new.
