I have had a tenant for the past 15 years. Never had issues with him. The house has 2 units. The unit on the first floor is for rent. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, partial finished basement laundry on site and 2 car garage. The unit is being rented as is. Renter is going to be responsible for the Water Bill and maintenance of the grounds. Tenant pays for water. No smoking on the property.
