Huge bedroom, high ceilings, king bed, very large walk-in closet, enclosed glass shower, large tub, french doors onto the patio overlooking Santa Barbara. Also not-pictured is the two car garage that's currently converted into teen den (TV, couches, beds, storage) but can easily be converted back to indoor parking. Subzero fridge, brand new washer/dryer, heated pool, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and hot tub. We raised our kids here and it was amazing for them, but kids need to be old enough to swim as the house opens onto the pool without another barrier or gate. Minimum one-year lease, longer preferred. Pets allowed, but strongly prefer no-pets and will rent unfurnished if there are pets. Tenant pays gas and electric, due to significant cost should you choose to heat the pool or run AC all the time. Landlord pays the rest. Available starting Feb 1, 2026. Renter is responsible for trash, electricity. Owner pays water, pool care, landscape care.
