Located in downtown Bakersville; known as the historic Blevins building and included on the Mitchell County Historical site. Originally a feed storehouse, the building has had many incarnations listed in depth on the historical site. Masterfully renovated to be an art gallery in 2008 it has served as one since then but the space is very versatile and welcoming. The main floor has a footprint of 1500 square-foot and the second floor is approximately 1000 square foot. There is private parking in the rear of the building as well as being directly across from the town parking lot. In regards to the recent weather event and flooding in the area the building did not experience any notable damage or water in the building. Please note the actual address for this building is 23 Crimson Laurel Way and it is not exactly where Zillow is showing it but it is close. Trying to make accurate but not able to yet.
