Usually fully booked throughout the year, we would like to lower the traffic in and out of our home until the international pandemic is over, so we are looking for a longer term tenant. Kanaha Beach Park and Kite beach are about 15 minutes from the house. The space This is our dream house. We built it in 2015. Our family lives upstairs (parents plus 2 young boys). We installed extra insulation in the upstairs flooring to make it as quiet as possible for guests below and for us above (but you can still hear the pitter patter of tiny feet when the boys are moving around).
