Absolutely great place, but I bought a house and am looking for someone to take over a lease at a super low rate for the neighborhood. Amenities include: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (w/d, refrigerator, microwave), Wood floors, large closets with shelving units, tons of natural light, great brand new A/C, modern bathroom, off-street parking and additional storage on-site available, completely relandscaped gated courtyard with keyless entry system coming! Very quiet but super friendly neighbors... I'll be sad to leave them. This is a lease take over that ends in April 2017, but move in date is negotiable with possible incentives made by me depending on date of take over. 3 blocks from broadway and cherry creek trail, minutes from Wash Park, DU, i25, and LoDo. You can't beat this super walkable location! Dogs and cat friendly! renter responsible for all utilities
