Cleanings will be scheduled in advance and charged separately. * Trash pickup is required every 10 days and is charged at $35 per pickup. * Monthly property inspections will be conducted with at least 24 hours' notice * Early departure does not qualify for a refund. Last-Minute Bookings For reservations made **within 7 days of arrival additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests. This includes: * A clear photo of a government-issued ID * A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID (must match the reservation name) * A photo showing the last 4 digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation. A signed rental agreement, security deposit, and first payment are required to confirm a stay. Residents must be at least 25 years old, use the home solely as a private residence, follow the property's occupancy and parking limits, and comply with all community rules. Residents are responsible for maintaining the home in good condition, reporting maintenance concerns promptly, and covering damage beyond normal wear and tear.
