One of the nicest seasonal cottages I've seen in Smallwood. A great front porch greets you upon entering, with a single built in bed at one end. Two bedrooms and a bath off of the living room to the right, and straight ahead a great original Smallwood kitchen, with the built in break front. The stove and hot water heater are new. Off of the kitchen you enter a cozy dining room, with a built in dining nook; from this room step out of the outer door, and your in a fantastic screened in roofed separete screen house, with built in benches, and a deck with built in benches in front of it, for all of the summer fun and entertaining you could wish for.
