Each floor features a bathroom and kitchen, with some essential consumables and kitchen utilities provided. Modern amenities include a laundry room, microwave, kitchen utilities, WIFI, and security cameras. Initial supplies of toilet paper and disinfectant will be provided upon move-in. This room is ideal for a single occupant, but couples are also welcome to some rooms (additional $100). Furnished options are available for an extra $100. We aim to create a peaceful, clean, and secure living environment where everyone feels comfortable. Loud parties or large gatherings aren't allowed, and guests must follow house rules. To ensure a harmonious living environment. All tenants and guests must follow the 7-essential rules. 1. Clean up after yourself, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Leave common areas in the same condition as you found them. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils after use. Respect common spaces for everybody, Keep common areas organized. 2. Respect personal property: Don't take or borrow something that doesn't belong to you without permission. Label and date your food in the fridge to avoid confusion and expired food. 3. Background checks: All roommates and overnight guests must undergo a background check before moving in or visiting regularly. 4. Quiet hours: No loud noises or music after 8:00 PM. No hosting parties or gatherings without prior agreement from all roommates and property's manager. 5. Take out the trash: Roommates will take turns taking out the trash and recycling. 6. Communicate: Communicate with your roommates and property manager about any issues, concerns, or anything out of the ordinary. 7. Guests: Inform the property manager and roommates about overnight guests and ensure they follow house rules. Consequences for Non-Compliance Breaking or avoiding these rules will result in written warnings. Receiving three consecutive warnings may lead to lease cancellation.
