I'm just moving in now - the apartment's common areas (dining and living room) will be furnished with a dining table, chairs, couch, coffee table, and TV. I tend to be clean and quiet. I'm happy to be social but also understand if you want your own space and privacy. Utilities will be shared. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the Van Ness Muni Metro station and a 12-minute walk from the Civic Center Bart station. The 14/14R, 49, and 12 bus stops are all within a 6-minute walk. Caltrain is an 8-minute bike ride away. Trader Joe's is a 15-min walk away and Costco is a 7-min walk away. There is a BayWheels bike share across the street.
