I just finished up repairing the house, so it is available immediately. I am open to pets but this will be a discussion and depending on the type of pet may require a pet deposit. Owner (me) pays for: Water Sewer Refuse Recycle HOA Landscaping Tenant (you) pays for: Gas Electricity (due to solar, potentially zero cost of even refund) Any entertainment/internet No smoking in the house.
