Darling cape cod home in wonderful Canterbury! Home features three bedrooms, the primary on the first floor, and the remaining two on the second floor. Home needs a little updating but most of the big updates have been completed already! The oil tank has been replaced, there's a new water tank and pump, gutter guards were installed in 2022 and the boiler is fairly new. The home sits on an incredible, level, two acre plus lot! The previous owner was a wonderful gardner and you can see much of her talents throughout the yard. The front of the house was protected from the road by shrubs, trees and bushes, offering much privacy. Over the years it has gotten a little overgrown, but you'll be able to see how beautiful it once was. This home truly sits on an amazing piece of paradise.
