Laundry in the house laundry room for all to use. Forget the large apartment complexes with hundreds of tenants. Instead, consider renting from us for a more personal living experience. We schedule property tours Monday through Friday between 10 and 3. We must give our current tenants at least a 24 hour notice before all tours. Monthly rent per tenant is $625 and includes heat, gas, water, sewer, trash removal, basic internet, lawn and snow removal services. The tenants are responsible for their own electricity use.
