Note: A separate rental unit is in the basement (has its own private exterior entrance, soundproofing, and no connecting interior doors) Owner pays for all utilities including internet, EXCEPT electrical. Electrical will be sub-metered and tenant pays based on their use. Note: Heat is natural gas, so electricity usage should be low in the winter.
