There's a pond out back, and it's so nice to sit on the back deck and listen to the frogs peeping, the birds chirping, and watching the Belted King Fisher birds fish for food out of the pond. In the spring, wild ducks, and geese visit the pond. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, and the town, and the beautiful coast is just 4.5 miles away. Across the road is the Passagassawakeag River, and in the Spring, you can walk over and watch the canoe races.
