In the last few years, we've put in new hard-wood flooring and a new kitchen. It is a convenient, 20-minute bus ride to UCSD campus, and well within walking distance for downtown La Jolla. Owing to the high ceilings, there is generous storage space in the closets, and large windows to let in air. I am a woman and am not comfortable living with men. Please only respond to this posting if you are a woman. No smoking inside. This is a quiet, security building so please don't throw any ragers or leave external doors propped. Preferably, lease is one year. Absolute minimum of 10 months. Landlord takes care of standard maintenance. Security deposit is refunded minus damages. Utilities are not included. They are split evenly between occupants. This consistently comes to $60-75 per person. Street parking only
