The pictures are from Veterans Day. Interested parties have through November to purchase my parents home as is. All offers will be considered. We will return in December to paint and complete minor repairs. Soon after, the property will be sold at auction. This was my parents home. They remodeled in 2008 turning the two small bedrooms into one large, 16 x 28 ft room.. A new roof was placed about that time with attic insulation. It has new carpet. They added a metal carport and Toughshed as well as chain link fencing around the perimeter.
