Obviously, this is not a party house. This house is good for people who: * are friendly, but also pretty self-sufficient and aren't looking for a lot of social interaction from this living arrangement * care about the environment and want to help by recycling, composting and watching water and energy usage * keep a working schedule who appreciate and can observe quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 6 a.m., and can finish with meal making in the kitchen before 8:00 p.m. * like a quiet, safe neighborhood with great neighbors * appreciate having a well-cared for home and willingly contribute to keeping bathroom and common areas clean, neat and tidy, sharing in lawn mowing, light snow shoveling, leaf clean-up, keeping kitchen clean by doing dishes promptly, washing stove and counters, scrubbing pans well, etc. * appreciate clean air, so no fragrances or scented products of any kind (e.g., shampoos, soaps, conditioners, perfumes, deodorants, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc.) + no smoking of any kind or use of illegal drugs.
