Howdy! I am currently living at the Cottages in a five bedroom duplex with four other girls in College Station! I am moved out and am looking for someone to take my lease in the Fall 2015- Spring 2016. It is a five bedroom duplex and it is in the front of the cottages, right across the street from the bus stop and about a hundred feet from the Clubhouse and pool. It is a great location and I have loved living there for two years. I am willing to negotiate move in dates and rent! (If you would like to sign for the Spring- Summer)
