A few rooms are kept open for guests and flex space. Cordell (47) Semi-retired, hockey player, snowboarder, world traveler, cook, car racer, camper. Basically always down for an adventure. Todd (32) Works in the restaurant industry, music show regular, super outgoing, all-around great guy. Drew (35) In educational sales, also big into the Denver music scene, healthy living, camping, and very outgoing! We're ideally looking for someone in their 30s who wants to actually be part of the house hanging out, hitting the mountains, cooking together, game nights, trivia, you name it. If you're the type to come home and disappear into your room, this probably isn't the right fit (no hard feelings!). WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: Very responsible & very clean Chill, outgoing, and friendly Into more than just a place to sleep PETS: Sorry, no cats (allergies). Couples aren't a fit either. Small, well-trained dogs considered on a case-by-case basis pet deposit and monthly fee apply (we just refinished the hardwood stairs so we're being careful). PARKING & STORAGE: Street parking is plentiful and easy. Garage is full, but there's some basement storage available. No indoor space for motorcycles or bikes. Sound like your kind of place?
