This area is growing and is a highly desirable area. Beautiful subdivisions, new buildings, new shopping centers, a hug mall, hospital within a few miles, dentists, anything the perfect city has is here and more places are in the works. The highways are down the block. I-595 which goes east to west, I-75, I-95 and sawgrass highway, Turnpike down the road, great beaches, Hollywood beach and Dania beach 10 minutes away. It is a new area with beautiful Florida style beautiful buildings. There are a few Town of Davie free buses at the corner which go to all the neighboring areas and shopping, new awesome Whole Foods Market around the corner, Luckeys supermarket, Trader Joe will be opening across from the Whole Foods Market soon, also have a new huge Publix supermarket, and all of these in the same little triangle, walkable distance, churches,banks,pharmacies, panera bread, starbucks, possibly Fresh Market Deli on the list of coming stores, buca de beppo italian restaurant, azteca and olive garden, too many restaurants to mention, and so much more within a mile from here; gas stations, bill pay center, bed bath and beyond, costco, home depot, Ross, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, too much to list. There is a publix supermarket across the street that has been there for over 20 years, there are publix stores east on nova and on griffin, all that are gotten to by buses from Town of Davie and Broward county as well. The Davie recreation complex a mile down the road. They also go to the Fountains shopping outdoor mall right on the other side of I-595, and to many other shopping areas. They connect with other bus lines as well. They are free rides. Close by are also Target, Marshalls, Kohls, Barnes and Nobles, all the favorite restaurants like Oilve Garden, Appebees, Carrabbas, and so much more. There is a lot of outdated information that the company who puts in their info. has never updated. You can walk across the street and go to publix, staples, burlington coat factory, restaurants, many of them, and lots of other stores like shoe repair, cleaners, bill payors, health food stores, doctors and pharmacies. Just that publix shopping center across the street has all this. And then there are many other strip malls down the block the other way.
