Remodeled kitchen and baths in 2004 and 2005. Granite counters, new cabernet stained cabinets, stainless appliances. Footprint of the unit is 30' (front facing)x 50', which allows for well proportioned rooms and efficient use of space. The utility bill (electric) is between 35-70 per month. Hot water is paid through association assessment which is $381 per month The unit comes with 1 uncovered parking space. Street parking for the other car has not been a problem for current owners. Neighborhood Description a quiet neighborhood on a tree-lined street, with eashy access to everything. The El (1 block), the lake/beach (4 blocks), downtown EVanston and farmer's market (0.75 miles). The large park in the back is a great place for kids, pets or a picnic. an abundant selection of good restaurants and eateries right around the corner. Kim's Kitchen has the BEST freshly baked scones and gourmet catered food in the Northshore. Mandarin House Chinese/Korean restaurant has been a life saver many nights. Noyes Street Cafe is a great place for grilled fish or big sirloin burger. We often end up at Lins and Vail after dinner for a nice Italian gelato on a warm summer night. Dave's sandwich shop is a decades long tradition for hand made sandwiches. His sandwiches on baguettes are very authentic to those that I've had in Paris, which was a pleasant surprise.
