Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the Aberdeen complex that will be available on March 1st. We have recently bought our first house! We are looking for someone to take over our current apartment until our current lease ends on July 31st, 2015. After that, you could renew if you wanted to do so. The apartment is an upper level with a balcony and the clubhouse has 24-hour access with a gym that includes a few treadmills, elliptical, yoga equipment, free weights, and other fitness amenities. The complex is also very close to the lake and the sports complex. Our apartment also allows pets! There is also a storage area under the stairs where we keep our bikes and an outside storage area that is right off of the balcony. The apartment also includes a washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances. Our particular unit backs up to the model, so it is always very quiet.Utilities are not included in the price of rent.
