Cats are allowed with a refundable pet deposit of $275 with no monthly pet rent. Up to two dogs are allowed as long as the combined adult weight is under 50 pounds (some breed restrictions) with a non-refundable dog deposit of $350 + $40/month per dog in pet rent. All other animals would require an approved doctors note. Lease options are 6, 9, or 12-month leases. Application fee is $35 per adult and we will check credit, criminal and rental history.
