If the credit score is below 600 but applicant meets all other requirements the landlord may require additional security deposit. NO EVICTION RECORD. Tenant MUST have prior rental references (unless homeowner). We do not rent to first time renters. Friends and relatives are not considered a valid landlord. We DO NOT accept co-signers, or room mates. The full deposit amount and first months rent shall be payable prior to taking possession of a unit. We DO NOT hold units. Within 24 hours of being an accepted tenant payment of first months rent must be paid or we will continue to accept applications.
