My wife and I are renting out our beautifully remodeled FULLY-FURNISHED one-bedroom condo on Pearl Street with mesmerizing views of the Flatirons. The location is awesome! It is within walking distance to everything in Downtown Boulder. As for what is included, this is a fully furnished unit. Your rent will include everything you would need to live comfortably including a covered garage parking spot, wireless internet, garbage collection, in-unit laundry, and all utilities. You pay the rent and we will take care of all the bills. All you should really need to bring is your clothes and your toiletries to be living the good Boulder life!
